The cost of your inspection will depend (but not limited to) the following:
- Square footage of the property.
- Age of the property.
- What stage of development the basement is in.
- Is there a garage? Is it heated? Is there plumbing?
- Is there an AC (cooling) system?
- Is there more than one furnace?
- Is there more than one fireplace?

Can you work with my realtor if i am unable to attend the inspection?
Yes, but we always encourage the property owner to be present during the inspection.

How long after the inspection will i RECEIVE my report?
You will receive your report within 24 hours of the inspection appointment.
HOW LONG WILL THE INSPECTION TAKE?
The average inspection takes between 3 - 5 hours, depending largely on the age of the property and the systems needing to be inspected.
WHAT If we still occupy the property during the inspection?
We prefer the property to be Unoccupied at the time of inspection, so we can perform the inspection freely, safely, and without causing any inconvenience to anyone, but at the same time we are flexible and can deal with any situation. In such a case, we ask that you ensure the safety of your children and pets.
CAN CHILDREN/PETS BE PRESENT DURING THE INSPECTION?
Referring to the above question, we are ready to accommodate the needs of our clients while our clients accommodate our needs for safety. how should we prepare the property for inspection?
Access to all systems and areas to be inspected must be ensured by the client. Any areas that are not safely accessible to the inspector will be mentioned in the report as "inaccessible".
